At Strings by Bear, every head is custom-strung to order based on your preferences which means all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Returns (Stringing Issues Only)
If there is a problem with the stringing — such as a mistake or performance issue you’re welcome to send the head back for adjustments.
To start a return for stringing issues:

- Name
- Order info
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if possible)
Once I receive your message, we’ll work with you to make it right.
You’ll be responsible for shipping the head back, but I’ll cover the return shipping once it’s restrung and ready.
No Refunds
